Return Policy

Return Policy

  1. All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
  2. All returns must be unused and in the same condition received. Original packaging is required. Boots, hats and other apparel that appear to have signs of wear/use cannot be returned or exchanged.
  3. FirstDue Fire Equipment must be contacted via phone (845-222-1329) or e-mail (contactus@firstduefire.com) prior to returning a product. Any return items received without a return authorization number will not be accepted.
  4. Claims of defect/damages and/or shortages must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
  5. Special order / custom items are NOT eligible for return. Any issues with these orders/items should be made immediately via phone (845-222-1329).
  6. FirstDue Fire Equipment does not guarantee that your return will be received. It is strongly recommended that all returns be sent with some form of tracking to ensure its delivery.
  7. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  8. All returns must be sent to FirstDue Fire Equipment, 130 W. Ramapo Rd., Garnerville, NY 10923. Please do NOT return items to the manufacturer.

Refund Policy

  1. All returns sent back for a refund must be approved prior to being processed.
  2. We will inspect the returned item prior to processing a credit to your account. An e-mail will be sent confirming receipt of your return as well as approval or rejection of your refund.
  3. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  4. If you have not received your refund 14 days after your return was approved, please contact FirstDue Fire Equipment via phone (845-222-1329) or e-mail (contactus@firstduefire.com).
  5. Special order / custom items are NOT eligible for a refund. Any issues with these orders/items should be made immediately via phone (845-222-1329).
  6. Refunds will be made to the credit card used for your purchase, if possible. All other refunds will be made via check.

Exchange Policy

  6. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. This includes the costs for returning the item as well as the costs to send the exchange item.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Special order items may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
  2. All other orders may be cancelled prior to shipping or within 24 hours, whichever comes first.

  1. Special orders / custom Items are NOT eligible for return, refund or exchange.
  2. Special orders / custom Items are NOT eligible to be cancelled after 24 hours of purchase.
  3. Only manufacturer defects will be recognized as good reason to contact FirstDue Fire Equipment with concerns or problems with special order or customer items.
  4. Please double (and triple) check your spelling and specifications prior to placing an order for a customized item. FirstDue Fire Equipment is not responsible for such mistakes.
